I'm really getting annoyed with this, I'm having issues developing my mid back which is commonly called " The Christmas Tree " . I do heavy barbell rows slow and controlled and I really focus on the top of the movement for the greatest tension yet I still haven't developed it yet.

Could it also be a problem with my BF % affecting my ability to see it?, I'm currently at 12% the last time I checked. Any advice would be great guys! Smiley

To see the christmas tree your bf% needs to be really low also it takes a while to develop it so it might be another 6 months before you have enough muscle to see.

Oh I see, alright thanks for letting me know!
    I'll assume it's similar to a 6 pack, 10% and below?

Around 8% I would say. People with very large spinal erectors might be able to see it at 10-12% though.

Please tell me you are squatting and deadlifting along with the rows... And yes, bodyfat is the major component.
