Hello, I'm currently on a 3 DAW for strength because I want to hit intermediate strength standards and when I've reached it I want to start a 4 DAW mostly for strength but still size. The days I can workout on is Mon,Wed,Fri,Sat and sunday so there's the tricky part. So some serious help would be apprecieted.

I don't see a problem with fitting most 4DAW routines into those days. Why are you dead set on 4DAW? If you're after strength and size then some sort of Upper-Lower split might be suitable.

There's a difference between help setting it up and asking to be spoonfed an entire routine.

Why not come back to this with a real question - or something that belongs in the p/l and adv bodybuilding thread?

Why you mad? I could come up with a routine but I know I'm near as educated and experienced of some people here on the forum, so you know you could help me or gtfo bro.

Take it easy, fabbe.  Uglok has a point.  There are plenty of routines you can take a look at in the powerlifting tab up top and in dodo's posts.  Also, look at the ones in the 21 routines.  You don't have to make one from scratch.  If you want to make some changes or are dissatisfied with all of them for good reason, then come back here, but you can't expect people to meet you half way when you're not going half way.

There are several routines to choose in the "21 routines", which one is the best routine? there isn´t such thing. Everyone is different and you should find out which one gives you the best results (all the routines from http://www.askscooby.com/excellent-postings/21-workout-routines-37958/ there are well developed).

4DAWS are (if u ask me) better than 3DAWS (well im doing a 3day but i have a very small workout for strength now..) cos if a regular 3DAW for size would be chest, shoulders, triceps on the same day & a 4DAW is a chance to give shoulders their own day which is good since, though they are kinda big (both front, lateral & rear delts) they are still a small muscle group.. & they get used a lot.

if i were to go for a 4DAW (which i did before going for strength) it would be:
    A - Chest, Triceps
    B - Legs
    C - Shoulders
    D - Back, Biceps

if u wanna work hard on abs, do them on B or C or if u have a 5th day for lots of cardio, u can do abs there. all are good.
u know what youre used to, what u like & what youre good at, which is why i dont suggest exercises, sets & reps in this post. Smiley
