Should i do about 20kgs/12 reps on barbel squats,so that i cant build too big muscles on my hips and legs?

I mean i want to use those legs for kickboxing too,so that means i do light weigs like 15-20 kgs/12 reps? Am i correct?

Nah, you won't build any muscle at all doing 20kg squats for 12 reps (especially as you can probably do it for 100) and you won't gain any benefits to doing them.

And why do you think bigger legs are bad for kickboxing?

Because i dont like the look of big legs.

All i want is slim-muscular leg look.

I am not only doing kickboxing alone,i mix up spinning kicks etc.

And i swear i wont do heavy weighs, maybe ill ask will i lose muscle if i do little weight and too much reps?

No, you won't lose muscle, but you'll be wasting your time.

My suggestion is to squat heavy with a low rep range.  Do low volume strength training, keep your reps to 3 or fewer per set, and you'll minimize mass gains, though I don't know why you'd want that.  I understand the "slim/fit" look, but not at the expense of being out of proportion.

How can doing heavy weights whit little reps minimize mass gains?

Im pretty sure doing that will get your upper leg muscles and hips alot bigger.

We all say what we mean , if you won't listen us why did you ask question?

If you need help on kick boxing, do heavy weight squats , deathlifts and power cleans to get strong and fast as possible.

There's no such thing as a 'slim-muscular leg', that's just skinny. Don't be one of these dudes who takes really tensed pictures of a scrawny body and convince yourself the DEFINITION from having low body fat looks muscley. It's known as skinny facebook syndrome and it's not cool!

Seriously, though, 20kg will do NOTHING for your legs. Nothing. I think you overestimate how much muscle 100kg squats will give you. Your legs won't be huge but they'll be less toothpicky and much better at doing things. Also it's not like they'll get huge overnight, you'll see them getting progessively bigger and can stop whenever you want (but again, don't mistake definition for muscular)

    Power lifting?Huh?
Most of those guys have lot of fat. Ther goal is not to be lean.
They can squat more then 200kg you probably can't 70. When you squat that you will have big legs.

I find video where guy with not so big legs squat:

You will not get that big.  I can assure you 100 percent.  The exception of which is if you take steroids.

    World Natural Powerlifting Meet

Look at this guy.  Smiley His legs don't look that big.  He's not that MASSIVe either, but he's strong.  You will not necessarily become freakishly bigger if you do dealifts/squats/bench press.  But you gain some mass and you will look strong.

For bench press i have made my own program i do this:

20 kgs-12 reps warm up,1min and about 20 seconds rest.

    40kgs-12 reps

    60kgs-10 reps

70kgs-3-4 reps (mostly 4 but i can do 5 if not too tired)

If you are wondering i bench 80kgs at the moment, and i my weights is only 60kg. I am 1meters 71cm tall, last time i checked at my doctor.

I know about the facebook syndrom, and no i am not in to those things at all.

Yes my bad,i meant definition,a little bit small to medium sized legs but whit definition could be alright,im not saying 100% definition though.

Well ill ask 1 more small question.

In the past year i lost a bit of leg muscle, and i got more saggy skin on the squats of my legs. does doing barbell squats whit 20kgs and yes 20 kgs! help me tighten the saggy skin?

I still see a pump at the top of his hips and a bit on the sides,i dont like that pump sorry (if you know what i mean, thats why i am afraid of doing barbell squats or just squats wrong and end up whit legs that i didnt want.)

You're better off joining some yoga class. Smiley  I think you will not enjoy lifting weights because you will get some mass from it.
