I still see a pump at the top of his hips and a bit on the sides,i dont like that pump sorry (if you know what i mean,thats why i am afraid of doing barbell squats or just squats wrong and end up whit legs that i didnt want.)
Oh, yes squating for 1 workout will give you legs like Rony Colman -.-' Everybody will have muscular legs if this is true.

You're better off joining some yoga class.  I think you will not enjoy lifting weights because you will get some mass from it. Dont be silly,i love doing weights specially my upper parts (Correctly) Just being careful on legs :p

Of course, I suppose you're doing that for cardio? I haven't seen any kickboxers, well thai fighters aren't kickboxers per se, who have tiny legs.

 Just look at dem slim muscular legs Lmao,i always watch Johny Bravo. Hes upper body is heavy weight trained for little reps 3-5 maybe. I dont know about his legs,havent seen him training it in the show.

Unless you have like 30 inch arms, you should know that you can't get that big that fast. Do you want to worry about how your legs look or how strong and fast your kicks are?

How my legs look and how fast they are. I cant just have huge ass legs and feel good about it..

I wish i could add more cm to my legs. At least 5.  They seem stopped growing. Don't worry about this. You won't get big legs unless you take steroids.
