I achieved a flexed horseshoe around Dec 2009 and have kept it since then. I've been "improving it" over time (as in the "cut" [like when doing kickbacks] can be felt more). I can see the medial head

I have noticed that when I do an intense tricep work out, my triceps always stay in the horseshoe position until I finish working out my triceps (30 minutes).

From Monday to Thursday, I do 30 minutes of this:

40reps 40lb Standing Machine Pushdown (close grip)
20reps 55lb Standing Machine Pushdown (close grip)
10reps Diamond Pushups
-repeat until 30 minutes are over, I'm usually do "cycle" of these (all the above) in 2-4 minutes-

I *sometimes* incorporate 10 reps per arm Kickbacks but I usually don't because I gotta walk like 15ft from where I am.. pick up the dumbbell and find a bench.. which wastes 2 to 3 minutes! doesn't seem like much but it does add up fast.

So my question is: How can I achieve an unflexed horseshoe? I know cardio has something to do with it but there must be more to it. I've been thinking of increasing the weight for pushdowns, but I'm unsure. Pics:

Help!

honestly I cant see the horseshoe at all >_>

I say lower bodyfat and just keep working your arms, the way to achieve larger muscles is to keep working them out there are no secrets.

But to be honest looking at your current workout I personally would increase the weight, you get the most stimulation for muscle growth within the 8-12 rep range not 40

Last thing is I dont understand your comment on the last picture by "re building"

i think he means that he has recent;y worked out triceps and his arms are currently 'rebiuilding' - it doesnt make a big  change in size though
