Are you suposed to use hip drive during front squats like in back squats?

    Well if you drive up with the hips then you will end up leaning forward and havign to dump the bar forward as you elbows drop.

    Dis.  Also if you use hip drive you take the emphasis away from the quads, which is what the front squat is used to develop (and glutes).
