Since 2 weeks ago, my shoulder joints felt a bit weird after squats. My right arm would feel a bit sore but it felt a great deal better the day after. However,it's getting worst gradually. Today, this morning, every time when I lift the bar up with my back (I do low bar squats), both of my
shoulder joints started to hurt a bit. I didn't feel the pain anymore when I started squatting. After squatting every set, it had
gotten worst. my right shoulder hurts and the weirdness extends all the way to my elbow. And my right arm felt weak, couldn't
make a firm grip.

Looks like your setup is wrong. Try some shoulder dislocations/cuban press for a bit, and evaluate your squat form. Could be a pinched nerve or something. Perhaps post a vid.
Also, please write in standard English paragraph style.

Can you post a video of your form with just the bar? How's your elbow positioning and wrist allingment with the forearm?

Make sure you are NOT using a thumbs-around grip on the bar. Your hands should be sitting on top of the bar so that your arms are not carrying any of the weight. Assuming you are already doing this, you might try taking a wider grip.
As t0m6 said, a video would be very helpful.

Last Friday I did my squat to see if it the weirdness will come back or not. And yeah.. my shoulder felt irritating after the squats. The weirdness faded away few hours after the workout. However, the irritation came back when I did shoulder dislocations or random stuff at home with a bit weight.
@Little Sprite: what do you mean by set up?
@rm082e: I always use thumb-less grip and it's up there balancing the weight only. And thanks man, the wider grip helps while
tensing up my upper back. However the irritation comes back after squats again.
@MercNil: not an option man... I'm doing SL5x5, trying to aim heavy weights.

Can't you ask someone to take a video of you or take a picture of where you place the bar on your back?

You know, the pain in your shoulders, my guess, is that you're ramping up the weights too soon; you are rounding your upper back when squatting; you are letting go of the tightness in your eccentric phase; you're eccentric is fast; and many more bro guesses. Hehehe Can't you ask someone to take a video of you or take a picture of where you place the bar on your back?

By set up I mean how you set up the bar to be on your back. Where it sits, tightness, etc.

Just make sure you warm up your rotator cuff and shoulders before squatting next time to prevent this from happening again.
