Never support the weight with your hands/arms in a squat. If it's uncomfortable on your shoulders to grip the bar, try widening your grip

what shoulder workout do u do? maybe youre overtraining or need to separate your leg & shoulder day more from each other than u already do.

the last thing i heard about shoulder work is that upright row pinch your shouldercuffs when u start lifting heavy on that exercise, which is BAD. write down your routine including your leg & shoulder program.

though im sure the other guys in here can help u out a lot more than i can Smiley
