Either proves that you don't need to eat like a horse to get strong or he has a monster metabolism.

I've been keeping an eye on Broz's lifters for a long time now, and they never cease to amaze me. Insane strength, every one of them.

Yeah, I saw this pop up in my YouTube feed while I was sipping on my morning tea. Needless to say, tea then ended up dripping out of my mouth as my jaw hit the table. Incredible strength. I was happy with my 275lb FS! Not anymore =(

so he is the winner of the 3xBW squat? I mean, if he has a 180kg FS then atleast a 190kg BS should be possible right? that and at a bodyweight of 63kg

And those who can front squat as much as they can back squat must probably be very very rare. Just look at the video in the OP. He got a 185kg BS.

Saw it and read Broz say that he weighs the lifters 3 times a day (might have been another video). I just dont understand how he can keep his lifters at basically the same weight and still have them gain so much strength. To me, it goes directly against everyone that says you need to eat a shitload to get that strong.
Never understood this idea anyway. I'll have to find out for myself what works.

Of course. I'm talking about people training 3 hours a week, not a day.
