Ive tried doing a zero rest workout, or super sets very often but i dont feell like i am doing enough. Every time i do one it starts ok but then my forearms start burning but my chest are not burning. This is holding me back, what can i do to stop my forearms getting in the way of my chest? Thanks

Level of expertise?

Forearms are pretty under-developed for most people who are just getting started. They'll catch up with the rest of your body eventually later on.

Is it really the forearms or your grip that gives out?

try a wider grip. takes stress off arms and puts more emphasis on chest. recently i've been doing almost exclusively wide grip and i've been getting some pretty good results.

This can also be useful! Be very careful though about this:

    yeah im using dumbells aha
and also uhh i think i was gripping too tightly cus every time i do chest presses with dumbells , when i finish there are nail bites in my hands where im sqeezing so hard my nails are gonig around the bar and into my hand.

Il try this out next week or so, without gripping so hard.

By the way what would you recomend i do to stop gripping so hard? I find it hard not to.

If you're dumbbell pressing just hold the dumbbells like this guy

    http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/PectoralSternal/DBBenchPress.html

Also watch your thumb, it should never be on the same "side" as your knuckles (if that makes sense Smiley)

Just be sure that your wrists are in a good position (not hyper-extended) and start pressing.

This way it should be possible to keep good form and everything even without using a very tight grip (like clenching a fist -> I don't do that when I'm lifting weights).

What do you mean exactly by hyper extended?
