^well I'm not actually going to do wendler's 5/3/1. I'm just want to use a similar method on my fb strength routine. I really don't like the look of wendler's exact routine. It's much too powerlifting orientated which I am not really interested in. My focus at the moment is getting my form down for my cleans whilst building general strength. Once I've done this I'm going to start learning the snatch.
nice. i did read you comment in dodo's snatch post a while back. i thought you already started training snatches. keep give effort, and if possible, learn from a coach to avoid unnecessary mistakes, because when it gets heavy that's when the form breaks, and a coach can guide you with great form and assistant exercises that will help those muscles that need strengthening to do the proper form.
