Heya guys  Wink

Been working out for quite some time now on scooby's intermediate plan and I believe that I've "plateaud". I decided I would attempt Scooby's advanced plan for all of April and see if I'm able to stick to it as a regular workout regime yet or not but I have one concern with it. Where are the triceps exercises? I know that the triceps aren't exactly the largest muscle group, but I fail to see how a whole-body workout could be complete without them o-o Are they perhaps worked secondarily in several exercises of other bodyparts? (None to my knowledge anyways D:)

I would love an answer as somehow I think I'm missing something here hah.

Thanks beforehand, Gabe.

Wow you fooled me there with the "I've plateaued on the intermediate routine" :O

Certainly stay away from the advanced workout plan. How can you even think about doing even intermediate routine when you're new to bodybuilding? O_o
