When I see theese programs I use them as a break from the norm and create a challenge, funny as I just did a 10x10 last week, tho the bench was easy as I stuffed up and did not notice someone had knocked of 30lb and did the whole 100 on just 130 lol, I`ll repeat in a few weeks. Its good to set lil challenges for yourself and I do about 3/yr, one before was 3000 reps in 10 days 80%+ 1RM`s. Keeps the mind guessing and relieves boredom, but some theese things best when you have a lil experience to prevent getting injured..
