Hi to all!

i know something really good for some of you who have been training with lots of sets and reps lately, and just look for some simplification workout/arme style workout.
it can be very beneficial to do this, just try it for two weeks and see if it works:

3x week: STAMINA
rowing: 10 minutes
jumpropoe: 5 minutes
running: 10 minutes
(all of these are to be done immediately after oneother and as hard/fast as you can)

2x week: TECHNIQUE
close quarter combat and kickboxing: 45 minute sessions.

3X week: STRENGTH
squat-pullups superset with situps       5 sets x 10 reps
pushups superset with dips        5 sets x 10 reps

squat-pullups superset with situps       3 sets x 10 reps
pushups superset with dips        3 sets x 10 reps

anyone tried to leave the (free) weights for what they are for a couple of weeks?

you know, get back from it all and focus on bodyweight stuff?
