which are more safe (generally when woking out at gym)?
and what are points to remeber on both?
and scoobys good morning is actually SLDL or RDL?

in short please make a short note explaining differences on both please Grin

    I don't know fully, I've never performed romanian deadlifts, but after seeing the form of RLDs, your glutes seem to be arched backwards, and seems to be doing most of the lift.There is also a slight bend in the knew while the weight hits the floor, thus possibly removing some of the work your hamstrings do. I found a great video on youtube, read the whole video description, it states the difference between the two quite nicely.
