    For the squat, I have to say it's little hard to tell from that angle. Are you low or high bar squatting? Also, are you using anything near you max? It's very easy to use good form with low weight, but as you approach your 1RM form tends to break down.

    hmm Its pretty low, I wouldnt say a high bar though. and Nothing near my max. i was squatting 75 pounds.
    i'll try and get a better squat video next time.

    I get the impression (maybe wrongly) you don't know the differences between a high/low bar squat:



    Low bar is the far right, high bar in the middle.

    And post a vid from a better angle using your 8RM for 5 reps (or something like that).
