If you are after strength. Low reps, high intensity, read the basics of strength under the powerlifting tab, drink a few litres of milk and do some squats, presses, cleans, deadlifts.

that SUCKS. i will give u a few pointers so u can see how important it is that u read the link on post #2..
    though as a beginner do Stronglift5x5: http://s3.stronglifts.com/stronglifts-5x5-report.pdf

your CNS (nervous system which u press to gain strength) need 3days a week to recover.. so max work out 4days a week (3days are easily enough!).

your day 3 is not a strength day. its an isolation day! with curls & triceps presses.. gives mass on arms only, no strength whatsoever.
do chest, triceps & back, biceps. NO isolations anywhere in your workout!!

good luck, u got links to everything u need to read to know what to do Smiley

@Bergstrom: Please stop digging out old posts (this one is 6 month). This one doesn't even belong to the advanced section, but has been dealt with anyways.

    I'll lock this now... Wink
