So what your saying i should do is, find the weight that my form is being altered on. Stick to that weight for all 5 sets?

I dont know my max lift for 5 reps. Lets say i can squat 100 pounds for 5 reps. And my form is being altered at 75 pounds. I should stick with 75 pounds for the first 4 sets then the fifth set, max out for 5 reps?

I dont understand if i should be adding or taking off weight for each set.

Find your working weight and do 5 sets 5 reps with it, then add weight on the next session and do another 5x5, etc etc etc

Ohh ok got it. So the weight where my form is being challenged is my work weight. I keep that weight for 5 sets. 30-45 seconds rest in between set for 5 sets. Then change the exercise and do the same thing. And u say u recommend adding 10 pounds everyday? Or i should stick with 5 like mehdi made it?  Alright thanks

You're going to need a lot more than 30 seconds between sets. You can add however much weight you want per session. 5lbs just means smaller increases and progressing to a certain weight takes longer. You wont be able to add 10lbs per session for more than a few weeks. 5 or 10 jumps, its a matter of preference.

Not sure why you wouldn't just follow the program as is.. if many people have had success with it, just stick with it the way it is..

Ok, i will start off slowly like they say. But Sl is 3x a week. Can i do SL in the gym. But during school weight lifting class just stick to benchpresses? Or i cant do any other exercise other than SL?

You can do it twice a week, although you won't gain as fast, but you shouldn't sacrifice one day of training doing it not properly to get the best results. Smiley
