    Yeah OK, no need to bash him. This style of press is too dangerous anyway. Just do strict presses, and when you can pres your bodyweight, start doing push presses.

    Christ.  Strict pressing your bodyweight is some serious business IMO.

    I think strict pressing bodyweight is something everyone should aim for.

    I say aiming as most people don't even consider it plausable.  Grin
    Indeed, I imagine it'll be beginning of next year I make a Bodyweight for a single.

    If I'm lucky I'll be pressing 60 kg by the beginning of the new year. Troglodyte arms can be a curse.

    Practicing handstand pushups every other day, or daily if you can recover, will help tremendously.
