Anyone who clicks into the "advanced forum" will find not much else but pages and pages of moved beginner threads. I wonder, do you post these in here expecting to get a more advanced answer? The people who you would expect to answer your query in here also look over the other forums to see where they can help out. If you are asking someone to rate your beginner routine, or asking for help designing a routine, it's going to get moved. Read Goldie's sticky above if there's really a question as to what type of post belongs in here or not. I come in every day and spend minutes in this subforum typing out a quick answer and then telling the person the topic does not belong in here, it's annoying. If I were a mod I would move it and then post and tell you where it doesn't belong. If you want an advanced opinion on exactly what muscles a seated calf raise works, ask it in Bulking up and gaining muscle. It takes away from the point of the subforum to have 2 out 3 posts moved out every day.

I just pushed you up to 20 rep you ungrateful ho.
But you bring up a very good point. Perhaps a post limit (100+ minimum) on people starting a thread in this section?

I think this post should be moved ... Joking Good news, Applying Gnomes can no longer post in this thread. Hopefully this should keep this board a bit cleaner.

This seems like the place to ask... Does a dips work biceps and lats? Or just lower chest? But for reals, that's why I don't post in this section.. For the few questions I have they're rather mundane sorta beginnery questions.

I'd say - at least 5.000, then there are probably just 1-2 people posting here once a day

The reason it does annoy me is because the stuff gets senselessly posted and then immediately moved...I ain't tryin' to spout off like I'm all advanced and shit, but it IS really annoying, the forum title and description lay it out pretty plainly.
