On a serious note, I am no veteran nor genius on fitness and nutrition. I have noticed that my libido has increased greatly since I have started my program. But there are allot of factors involved in that. Cardio, weights, proper nutrition interval of six meals a day, drinking water, I quit smoking, etc. the list goes on. I guess I can say for a fact, for me, better nutrition and exercise have increased my libido by 200% +.

I have found the following relation between libido and exercise. After weight training, libido increases, even if its an exhausting leg workout. However, long cardio sessions like a 3 hour hill climbing bike ride cause my libido to plummet and it takes several hours for it to get back to normal levels. With longer intense cardio sessions, like 4-6 hours, it can take 24hrs for my libido to recover as the body seems too busy just repairing all the damage done and stay alive to waste energy on secondary functions.

Yes,..working out seems to help.
But I'd have to agree with Scooby. If I've got DOMS real bad,....or if I've done a lot of cardio,......I just plain don't feel like it...lol
but I'm 41 and still get lucky at least twice a week,.....so no complaints here!
After being married to the same lady for 23 years,....we pretty much know how to "push each others buttons",.......we can play slowly,...or we can just jump right to the buttons depending on how tired we both are....but I do find having quit smoking, eating right, and working out, has made it easier to get my groove on,.....lol
