Its been awhile now since ive made a thread and been doing this workout for about 1month now. Im 14 yrs old 110lbs 5'4-5'5
My workout is and current progress right now is:

Circuit Training: Failure on last set each of excercise
4x8 Pistol Squats : 8|8|8|10
4x6 Chinups : 6|6|6|7
4x7 Dips : 7|7|7|8

So ive been doing this routine for i think 1month and almost 2 month. I started working out 3months ago but didnt know any basic proper things of bodybuilding i first started with DB curls, crunches for 1 month and 21 teen workout Advance BW for 1month and now this written above ^ for 1month.

Lately, ive been feeling slow progress on  chinups. Dips is progressing well, Pistol Squats not too bad. On my chinups it been going slow for 1-2 week now. Slow progress.
f
Also when i do my chinups i feel like i swing too much and exhausting my energy too much if i go dead hang if i dont go deadhang i feel like im losing my form. Idk what happened in my chinups i just dont feel satisfied right now when i go back up for 1 rep and down i swing and cant do 2 untill i stop from deadhang not swinging then go.

I approve of your circuit training. Smiley  When you feel like you're stalling on increasing reps and sets, it means you should, on the next workout session decrease your reps to 60 percent for purposes of recovery.  Then you slowly increase the reps again.  :3

Try greasing the groove for chinups.

EDIT: i just tested my overall gains by doing failure 1 set not a workout just testing how much reps i could overall in 1 set with these 3 excercise, Pistol Squats, Chinups, Dips.

So it was 12 pistol squats
    9 chinups
    10 dips

Idk if this is good gains I started December 1 till now Febuary 7 from 0 to gains. So 2-3 months overall gains for those excercise.
