hello there. i can lift 20 kg with 1 arm im 16 5ft and 13 stone a bit overweight but is this good i can do 8 reps wth perfect form but is this to much weight Grin

    The weight matters not.
    Can you keep the weight controlled and do atleast 8 reps with good form?
    If so then thats not too much weight.

    if you are actually using good form, i.e. No shoulder or body movement, elbows at the sides and also no elbow movement not even at the top of the rep, then it doesnt matter if you are using 5kg or 35kg.
