ok..3 things I totally disagree..but first I never never said the 8-10 reps don't work..I said he should try not counting reps..sometimes people tend to give up and stay stuck in their 8-10 rule before the max out..it's not optimal for muscle growth..what are you talking about??..then why do 6-8 reps work just as well or..why do drop sets work?have your heard of giant sets?tri sets?..obviously not..because they work as well and your not counting reps with this techniques..and before you say that the concentration curl doesn't give you any peak..LOOK IT UP!!!..obviously your genetics come into play and how your muscles is going to look..but the whole point of the concentration curl is to give you a peak not mass..
and for the soreness..I SAID PERSONALLY ME..meaning what I prefer..what I do..(an option, just like scooby,I'm giving an Option)..if you don't think the soreness matters..that's your beef dude..it does mean your getting stronger..so it's obviously means its getting easier..
"so if it's getting easier then I should keep doing it to grow?"..HELL NO
why would you keep doing something if it is getting easy..like really man and I read the wolfe's guide..which again is another option in one way or another..you're not gonna tell me your way or wolfe's way is better..that's not gon happen..we all have different techniques..no one trains the same..so idk why u trying sound smart and all you doing is rephrasing what you have heard and no what you have experience..
The techniques you outline are useless for most natural trainers. If they work for you, good for you. The techniques that Wolf outlines and standard and established: they work for 100% of natural trainers.
