    Merhaba, Ata! Smiley

No, those killer workouts are for people with more practice. This workout should be the right one for you.

And no, they don't stunt your growth. It is explained here.

ata966, I think you're getting standard barbell curls and "21s" mixed-up. 21s are a specific exercise that's used for plateau-busting and the like. If you do those in every session, your muscle growth will be stunted. You use a barbell for them, but they're different than simply doing barbell curls.

I dont even think like that, thanx for explaining. I'm doing scooby's killer workouts, may I do barbell curls instead of 21's ? Killer workouts are heavy I know but i get a good output from them. You said my muscle growth will be stunted if i do those in every session, how often should I do them. And are there any exercises like 21's that stunts muscle growth if you do these every time ? Thanx for replies

you are doing the wrong training. 6 months does not make you an advanced lifter. at 14 years of age you haven't had time to even reach a plateau in your training. you will have far better results from using a workout specific for a beginner or intermediate. i even think the intermediate plan would be over the top for you. but that's your choice. Evil Cyber guided you in the right direction. Cool

Thanx for help, okay im doing teen workout or intermediate workout but, which one is okay for me ? I think teen workout might be easy, but are there any risky exercises at intermediate one ? I have 4 pack, my body fat percentage is %9-%10, and i want 6 pack abs. Should I do cardio exercise that shown at intermediate workout ? And also i want to do weighted crunches, killer abs workout is okay for me i think ?

If you feel your abs are stronger than normal and the only way to work them is with an advanced plan then go ahead. if you find it to taxing then drop back down to another lighter load
