I'm training in attempt next year to compete at Nationals Weightlifting and I've starting to practice all movements at 50-70% to get techinque down(I'm going to practice lots of techinque for few months before I going heavy again) and I've notice I don't get under the bar in Snatches and Jerks really fast(I get under quick but not that quick as I want Tongue). So I need a little more Speed and Power...I know I should do Ploymeterics, Sprints, and Aglity works but I have no Idea When and How I should do them? Can anyone give me any Tips or a Routein?
