Hey!
Im trying out Wolf's 4 DAW and I'd like some pointers on what you guys think of how cable crunches should be done...

In my opinion; kneeling and standing allows for a better range of motion, but i feel that my grip is slightly failing later in the set when using heavy weights, a problem I do not encounter with seated crunches in the abdominal crunch machine... What would you guys recommend?

The most common variation of the cable crunches is kneeling cable crunches. I prefer that too as it seems to give me a larger ROM compared to standing and seated. Anyone of these is fine as they work the abs in the same way. For optimal grip, use a Double Tricep Rope and grip just above the two heads.

I like the kneeling one. Never had issues with grip for it though.
