i don't have equipments in my room, or any weights...
can i have an ab workout routine for teenagers without only equipments...
and can i have reps and sets =)

Hey, buddy. I'm going to give you simple run through of some really effective exercises:
These are some of my favorites and it's important to know the base move:
Sphinx Plank-that's where you get into the pushup position but instead of having your hands on the ground, you place your forearms, palm down onto the ground. Hands facing out from you and elbows under your shoulders. Make certain your heels are driven back and almost touching the floor, making your back as flat as possible. Also, be sure to tilt your groin forward. You will really feel your abs tighten up. Hold this position for a minute to warmup.

if you can find a foot of the a steady table to hold on to you can do dragon flags. Be creative =D

3x8-20 Hanging Leg Raises/V-ups OR Reverse Crunches (or any progression to any of these exercises)
