I workout 5 days a week in the gym
For chest workout how many exercises and sets shall i do
 
For back workout how many exercises and sets shall i do

For shoulder workout how many exercises and sets shall i do

For legs workout how many exercises and sets shall i do

For arm workout how many exercises and sets  shall i do

I'd say pick one of these. If you know how much you want to work out but don't know how much work to do, you need a ready made program.
