So i was thinking ... I want to get the same results i get in strength as i get in mass gain so is it better if i do the first 2 sets with high rep , low weight and then i switch to low rep , high weight on the same exercise ? Can you get both strength and mass gains from this ?

What you're describing is a standard strength pyramid.  Yes, you'll see gains in both strength and hypertrophy, but somewhere in the back of my mind, I remember reading that strength pyramids were for plateau busting, not necessarily a training scheme.
