Its pretty damn accurate, and interesting fact, I always considered myself a good deadlifter and poor squatter, but according to the chart, going off my deadlift, it predicted my squat within 5lbs.


But keep in mind, its thrown off by what you focus on, for example I am not a naturally good bencher, but though hard work, its my best lift percentage wise.
