i cannot straight my legs downward when i do chin up... it keeps bending in 45 degrees or in slanting position... and everytime i do it, i can feel my stomach is also working out...
and i swear, i do not kick when i do chin ups with this position

Abs get worked a lot in pull-/chin-ups. Also legs tend to raise(Abs working) during the movement to get max strength out of pulling motion.
