afterburner is just a result of increased metabolism due to meal frequency and exercise. its not some magical thing. it wont double your results.in any case dont do 5 mins cardio like these fake people. they didnt get that physique doing 5 mins cardio or videos that they show. at least im sure for mike cheng.other guy is already small and ugly.
