I have noticed that a lot of friends (and jersey shore guys) do not train legs at all... BUT they have bigger upper bodies...
Do you recover faster if you train less muscles?
I mean, if you just train your upper body, your body obviously has less work to do... hence, the faster recovery... true or false?
Your upper body recovers faster than your lower body.

However, if your jersey shore friends trained their lower body too, they might have bigger upper bodies with bigger lower bodies.


Upper body looks big because lower body is small.

Upper body and lower body is proportionate. Thus the upper body doesn't seem big, but is. :3
