I have noticed that a lot of friends (and jersey shore guys) do not train legs at all... BUT they have bigger upper bodies...

Do you recover faster if you train less muscles?

I mean, if you just train your upper body, your body obviously has less work to do... hence, the faster recovery... true or false?

    False.  In fact, training your lower body causes your upper body to grow faster.

    Your upper body recovers faster than your lower body.  Smiley

    However, if your jersey shore friends trained their lower body too, they might have bigger upper bodies with bigger lower bodies. Smiley



    Upper body looks big because lower body is small.



    Upper body and lower body is proportionate.  Thus the upper body doesn't seem big, but is. :3

    By my reckoning, working out one area, disregarding another may cause deformations, not just muscle deformation but possibly skeletal deformation as well.
    But it's just my reckoning, I don't know if there's any truth to it.
