will a little bit of fat make my muscles look bigger or is that stupid to think? im very lean already 5ft7in 128lbs 5-7% bf and i wouldnt really mind a little bit of fat at this point..

Wow! That's a low bf%
If you get your fat where it counts (arm, chest primarly), I believe it would make them look bigger. If you are a man however, you will mostly gain fat in the belly region. Covering up those nice abs you should have with that insanely low bf% of yours.

yeah i know ha i dont want to lose my abs but i feel as though im coming up short on the rest of my body :/ except my back.. just shoulders arms and chest but ohwell il keep working on it il get there eventually haha

Yeah, imply and excellent point. As body builders, we need to be patient. Painfully patient. But with that low a bf%, you should check you diet and make sure that you get enough proteins. Not eating enough proteins has impaired my gains over the last year, which sucks Tongue

im eating about 17 to 26 grams of protein in each of my meals, i have noticed gains in my chest and lats though which is good now my shoulders just need to catch up Grin. im only 15 do you think low bf% is unhealthy for my age or should i just not worry too much

    Extremely unhealthy, which makes it moderately reassuring that you don't actually have a bodyfat % that low.

    yeah i was just making an estimate because i heard the average bodyfat% for a six pack is around 7%
