Feeling the exercise
«

Been lifting for about a month now, and I have realized when I do exercises I feel the exercise a lot more in the right side of my body then my left. I'm using good slow form. I'm almost certain that I'm not using to much weight. Also I am more sore in my right side than my left the day after. Even if I'm doing exercises where I lift the weight individually with that side. Say like Bicep curls with dumbells, or dumbell shoulder presses. Was wondering if this is normal, or if I just have to focus more when I'm doing the lift. Or if anyone has experienced this and has any tips or advice. Thanks.

Are you right handed? You might be naturally adding more intensity to your right-side subconsciously because you're used to using it more. That's the only thing I can think of.
