I was wondering , i couldn't workout this week because of my head injury but tomorrow would it be good to do a fbw or just get back on track from monday ?

Your call. If you're feeling good to work out tomorrow, then go for a FBW. Stick to big lifts you use in your routine.

    Squat: 180kg/200kg
    Deadlift: 180kg/200kg
    Bench press: 120kg/130kg
    BB rows: 110kg/125kg
    3x5rep BB curl: 45kg/47,5kg
    3x5rep french press: 55/60kg.
    5x5 rep RDL: 95kg/110kg
    1 rep Military press: 75kg/60kg*

    The question is if you should workout.

    For you to do so, you must have your doctor's permission.  So, the question is, did your doctor give you permission?

    I'd say you can go for it. The doc would not risk violating his professional liability, so if he gave you the green light after 2-3 days, I'd say go for it. Maybe start a bit lighter than usual and see how you feel and go from there. If you had 6 days rest already, you should be fine Smiley

    I did it. 4kg dumbells - 10 push ups , 10 flys , 10 dumbell presses
                                 - 15 curls each hand , 21s
                                 - 12 curls for triceps , 12 presses for triceps
                                 - 10 side raises , 10 front raises
    All this was ok. I will get back on track from monday , thank you all for the advice.
