I'm pretty much bored with the leg curls. They have helped me a lot, but it's hard to progress further and I feel like I'm not using the whole muscle.

Tried this movement with no weight, great stretch already just lifting my upper body.

Looking forward to it.

Well, done it. Very low weight, just to feel the movement and stretch. Feels awkward sticking my ass out in the gym, but anyway, let's see what DOMS it will bring me.

Sorry for not posting sooner... I couldn't walk to get to the laptop...

I have never had these kind of ham doms... So I guess it hit the spot with very low weight. You do use a different part of the hams I think then with just curl alone.

I'm seeing what this will bring and build up weight gradually. Looking silly in the gym.
