I'm feeling a little used to and bored with my shoulder and calf workouts. For shoulders i do overhead dumbbell press and side and front raises. For calves i just do a calf press machine. Does anyone have some good mass gaining workouts for shoulders or calves?

shoulders-military press or db overhead press
             upright rows or lateral raises
rear delt rows or rear delt flys

total around 6-10 sets

calves-calf raises-6 sets total with any variations

both can be split between other workout days and claves alternate between high and low reps

you do not need to do front raises , you are hitting enough of your front delts when you do bench press , incline bench press and push ups

front delts also gets worked while you do military press

why dont you try upright rows ?

CLEAN AND PRESS IS A MUST!!!!

not for bodybuilders but it depends on persons to persons

clean and press is power lifter's  movement , if you are looking for hypertrophy training , better stick with compound movements instead of clean and press

there are chances you may get injured if you do heavy clean and press , you have to incorporate strict form , it takes time to master the form

hence it is better to stay away from it in my opinion and stick with compound movements like military press and upright rows

Clean and press is an old OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING movement.  It's therefore not a powerlifting movement.  Now, it is a strongman movement, as log presses. :3

yeah i understand , i mean it is similar to powerlifting , i mean atheletes who do clean and press look like powerlifters and i think it is a strength movement

i have never seen a bodybuilder or a fitness trainer  recommending clean and press for building muscle , it helps in building strength

Yes, bodybuilders are not weightlifters; so they won't be recommending the clean and press/ olympic press.  And trainers won't be recommending any movement that goes overhead; so they won't be recommending the clean and press. Smiley
