But if you aren't strong, you'll never be good at the sport.
Well if you're going to be serious about armwrestling & treat it like a sport, then obviously. You're never going to be good at Tennis without some basic strength & stamina, no matter how good your technique. I thought you meant just like beating the guys in your class or what have you, for which technique only-training definitely would do the job.

But yeah, the search engine doesn't seem to be the best, but it still finds some advice.

Raton: STOP DOING JUMP ROPE BEFORE YOUR WORKOUT!!!! You need to prioritize what you do in a routine to make sure you can perform well on the most important lifts (one of which = pullups). If warmup-cardio has a negative impact on a compound like squats DL pushups pullups, then you have to sacrifice it for the greater good of the routine. Do it after.

Someone may have mentioned it already, but I'm at college and cant check all the posts.
I found drag curls are a great exercise for forearms size and strength, they do mainly bicep, but doing drag curls you lift more than your adverage bicep curl, so your gripo strength is tested, you could try those for forearms?

unless you have ridiculously weak grip strength, a drag curl is not going to test your grip strength. Why? Because your grip is going be stronger than your biceps, unless you've never done any compound lift in your entire life.

People do deadlifts up to 1000lbs. People do strict form bicep curls at little over 220lbs, if that. Also in deadlifts the weight is trying to escape your hand, in curls it is being pushed into them, guess which one tests grip strength more?

Forearm/grip strength specific training > heavy compound pulling movements > heavy compounds > pulling movements > anything else.
