Do you think they are good or it's better to do push ups on fists ?

If your wrists hurt doing regular push-ups i say do it on dumbbells. No problems here.
If you are martial artist do them on fists

They will work just like pushup stands but be careful that they dont start rolling while you are doing the pushups with them. COuld lead to an injury. Otherwise...go for it.

I do them on fists, even though im not martial artist. I think they are better than with dumbbells, because my dumbbells do start rolling when i do push-ups on them. Also it feels like my hands were a little elevated that way, compared to normal/wrists. But i think they are fine as long they dont start rolling like Soc said.
