So with a good diet, lots of cardio and weightlifting. How long would it take to achieve this?

    genetics, initial starting point, and please remember, a lot of hollywood stars take drugs/steroids....

    genetics plays a big part in how lean you can get and stay...

    be the best you can be and stop measuring by anyone else's standard

    that guy is lean and ripped but he looks like he has less muscle mass , more shredded

    it wont take more than 6 months with strict clean nutrition , good cardio and weight training plan

    you mean just his mass and body fat%? because if you get the same mass and body fat as him i can guarantee your muscles wont look nothing like his unless you have the same mom and dad. heck your genetics might have better looking sculpted muscles then his.

    Yeah that's what I meant. I know there isn't some workout that will magically make me look identical. I just mean the level of fitness he is on. And yeah. Right now im just really trying to cut down some fat. Im 16 5'11 and around 150lbs and something like 20%bf? I honestly can't really get a stict diet, but I know what's good for me and whats bad. So I think i will be able to cut down quite a alot.

    didnt say how much he weighed but i say he is 175 and 5% body fat it says on google he is 6'2 and there is no way you are 20% body fat at 150 and 5'11 you are probably at 6%-8%
