basicly I do the advanced bodyweight routine but with supersets instead of circuit method.
But today I really did not have the energy to do the routine but i went ahead anyways (determination Cheesy) after doing my last rep of inverted rows i felt sick and dizzy so i couldn't continue to the reverse crunches + romanian deadlift
yeah so my question is, on days like this what can i do to give me that energy to put 110% intensity for the full routine
if caffiene is one of them, please name me other ways?

Rest. Smiley  It's the secret.  You don't train when in a fatigued state.

Sometimes I feel nauseous during workouts because I give it 100%.  My solution is to have a window open to cool down and get fresh air during the workout.  I drink very cold water as well Tongue.  Also make sure you get optimum nutrition and hydration throughout the day too so you won't feel so fatigued.

Have you been doing cardio? Feeling sick during a workout is usually because your endurance isn't very good.

You could have just stuck with them and worked up to the recommended reps. Hanging knee raises and assisted GHRs would have been better imo but i s'pose theres nothing wrong with your way.

You're probably not breathing enough during the exercises.  Learning how to breathe correctly during all movements is very important, even fundamental exercises such as a push-up.  I sometimes feel dizzy when I don't drink water throughout my exercises, so maybe that's true for you too.

More likely than not is that you're fatigued, so you should rest, like many others have said.
