basicly I do the advanced bodyweight routine but with supersets instead of circuit method.
But today I really did not have the energy to do the routine but i went ahead anyways (determination

) after doing my last rep of inverted rows i felt sick and dizzy so i couldn't continue to the reverse crunches + romanian deadlift
yeah so my question is, on days like this what can i do to give me that energy to put 110% intensity for the full routine
if caffiene is one of them, please name me other ways?
