Hey, I need a little help

At the moment I'm quite in a good shape (have a nice visible 6pack BF around 9 - 13%) I'm 16 y, 80kg and 1.86 cm thats ( 176 lbs and 6.2 or 6.1)

So I'm working out to pass Physical Fitness Test which includes CADENCE Pull-ups, Perfect form push-ups and so on...

About eating I lost 60 lbs during the last 2 years with hard workout and strict diet, but I always had the feeling of being tired, doing 8 reps and 12 is easy but when you go up to 50 - 60 pushups you have no mood of doing it,

I've got an experienced instructor and he gives his advises for free to me and I really appreciate it, I've been working out with his routine for 2 weeks and I have already got some both visual and physical achievements

I've decided to buy a Creatine Monohydrate but since I'm not 18 old and it isn't reccomended I'm not sure should I buy it or not.

About my eatings I eat a lot a lot of protein cottage cheese meats eggs etc and also healthy fats, (A mixture of Walnut, nut, raisins, dried peach + honey tastes like natural Snickers lol Cheesy ) and I eat 5 times a day and I think it's over my BRM to have enough strength and regenartion I mean rehabilitation for muscles to recover.

Sorry for my bad english.

So your question is: should you take creatine?

Well I would say definitely not at your age and ability level. Creatine can be good for more advanced trainees but I really don't think it will help you, especially if you're more interested in endurance. Stay well away.

If your parents allow you, then it's okay.  Provided you eat lots man and workout hard.
