First off, congratulations on the weight loss!

You can start working out to build muscle to fill out the extra skin, though I'm almost certain that the body will naturally lessen the extra skin on the body. No need to lose anymore weight at this point, unless you plan to gain muscle while maintaining your fat levels. Find out what your TDEE is and eat at that amount filled with a diet of healthy whole foods.

Again, congratulations on your weight loss =)  I know personally how much of a difference 100lbs makes (lost 130 myself).

I also have loose skin, but having kept my weight off for almost a year, I can attest to the fact that loose skin will retract with time - not completely, but somewhat.  As Sheamus suggested, building muscle will play a large part in that process.  Adding ~20lbs of muscle in the last year and a half really helped stretch some of my skin tighter over my body again.

Patience is the key, though, and though you might be self-conscious about it, it's a testament to the magnitude of your achievement =)
