I would like to start a 5x5 routine to get my 1RM's up and my Bench in general up. I want to continue gaining mass, though.

Would I gain as much mass as an Upper/Lower Split as I would on Madcow's 5x5? I've been doing FB workouts for a few months and I had great strength and decent size gain.

5x5 is great for both size and strength. The best from two world (that is hypertrophy and strength).
I don't know what that Madcow stuff is, but upper/lower split, or FBW with 5x5 is great.

If I'm not mistaken, you add weight more slowly on the first two, right? So you should follow StrongLifts or something similar unless you're so advanced you have trouble adding weight every workout.
