Whats the difference between the 4DAW routines found on Wolf's 21 workouts.  Huh?

I was just curious because im confused if one is more critiqued for weight loss... while others might be better for muscle gain

There's a big difference between them- what is your level of fitness and what are your goals?

i guess you can say intermediate...... way higher than a beginner... but not a body building expert.. if that makes sense

ive been continuously lifting for just over a year now..   ( previously i would be working out on and off over years).

Ive bulked up quite a bit.. but i want to find a proper workout routine that will provide even more sufficient muscle gains

Read this:

http://www.askscooby.com/excellent-postings/the_wolf's-routine-faq/

This will help determining where you're actually at (not to be determined by how long you've been listing, if you've been doing it wrong for a year you're still a beginner)

Not bad, not bad at all Smiley

It means it's your call, you can make progress with most of the 21 workout routines (the AxAxAxx full body routine might be too much right now, but other than that determine what would work best with your recovery and try it out Smiley )

so all of the workouts will benefit muscle growth then?

and if you can answer this last question... what is with the Layne Norton's PHAT workout routine?

Yes they all will. The one that is better for you depends on a lot of factors that I can't answer for you and you'll have to try out yourself. I don't know much about PHAT- look that up if you want the routine that resembles it in wolf's 21 workouts is a variation, not the same

Try out the routine that interests you the most and see if you make progress Smiley
