I'm a little confused. Today I switched to one of Scoobys Plans (he's just too convincing).
E.g. one day-routine is:
PUSH - You will perform all these exercises in this 60 minute beginning workout in the order shown, then repeat the whole thing three more times so that you end up doing four sets of every exercise.
Bodypart Exercise Number sets Number reps Tempo
abs crunches 3 8-30 1s up 1s dn
bicycles 3 8-30 2s up 2s dn
chest dumbbell press 3 6-12 2s up 2s dn
dumbbell flys 3 6-12 2s up 2s dn
pushups 3 6-12 2s up 2s dn
triceps chair dips 3 6-12 2s up 2s dn
dumbbell french press 3 6-12 2s up 2s dn
But: I should do the whole Workout and repeat it 4 times? In 60 minutes? I just have to say: that's impossible.
If I'm sum up the time I need to lift, and one minute of rest between the 3 sets of every exercise... that I get: 37min. So it's impossible to do this thing 4 times in 60mins.
What am I missunderstanding?
