So every time i go to the gym, i do my small program that i made for myself.

The program is:

Chest

Biceps

Back

Forearms

Trapezius

Triceps

Now in every part of the body i do,i do it sets whit 10-12 reps.

In between each set i rest for 1minute and 20 seconds. Then i continiue to do it until i finish it on my last 4th set.

After i trained 1 part of the body i rest for 3 minutes, then move on to another part of the body.

So my question is,is 1 minute and 20 seconds enought rest if you still feel intensity and it gets harder and harder to do those 12 reps every set u try.

yes 90 seconds is enough rest.
You should try to decrease this rest time and increase weight used for workouts eventually

it depends on your goals... like always ....
If you want strength which in most situations is equal to mass (By this I mean - to get bigger you must get stronger), after you gained enought strength you start to implement new methods of training to define yourself (afcourse you still will use different methods while gaining strength for mass).
Now you ask if 1min and 20sec. is enought, well if you are able to add weight to compound exercises from time to time atleast once a month (If you are already beyong intermediate) then it's okay, you might be able to add weight even every 2weeks (it depends on what rep patern you use). However for most natural guys (by this I mean non-steroid users) it's needed to reduce reps, sets, and increase rest in latter weeks of your cycles, if you want to "milk dry your gains" for particular exercise, this will allow you to add another pound to exercise when you think that your body is run down, and you need rest, but still you want to add that last pount to make your bench, or squat, or deadlift round... Then you use this technique, particulary to you, my main point here is that you can't always train with 1min and 20sec rest and still be gaining.

P.S.
Ask yourself this:
Why 4sets for all exercises?
Why 10-12 reps for each exercise and each set?
Why exacly this rest 1minute and 20 seconds? Why not 1min 30sec or 2mins? Or maby you need more?
Why you asked this after all? Maby you feel that it's not enought?

Time to start listening to your body. Don't get lost in world of deceptive bodybuilding created in virtual world by gurus - which was made by scammers who wants to take your money away.

Your pattern is to ROBOTIC, thats what I wanted to say.

Well 4 sets is enought to fatigue the muscle i train and keep it growing slowly. Sometimes i do 3,but i feel i can do 4 so its 4 at the moment.

10-12 reps, well its a normal rep range for my muscles,i feel i can do less by adding more weight, but that is another story in the future.

Once i get a 1 min or 2 min rest i continiue to do the workout,i sometimes need to feel the resting before i continiue.

I asked it,because every week even if i train and eat enought,"im not saying im serious about it,just saying" i lose weight every week and from when i started i had more fat and weight,i felt better, after training for a week, and boom i lost weight, feel skinnier but not lost much of the gains, just weight and a bit of mass."

it is in your mind, you do not need a stopwatch to see rest between sets , it depends

when you are back to your normal breath and feel like going for another set go for it

4 sets is too many, you say you feel you can do more, then you aren't doing enough.

3 sets is perfect, and I feel if you can comfortably get to 12 in your first set, it's too light.

Add some weight and try 3 sets of of 10, and see how you feel.

No i dont feel i can do more after 4 sets.

What i meant i can feel that i can do a good 4 sets of 10-12 reps and feel fatigued enought and rest the body part i trained until next time i come to the gym.

I didnt mean i can do more reps, and i always do heavy weights, well not too heavy because i simply dont want to do 4-6 reps and drop the weights cuz of fatigue,i choose a weight i can do 10-12 times.

I'd still up the weight, I find 3 sets ample. And then up it again so your 12 reps drops to 8 and then work your way back up to 12. Rinse and repeat.

What is your main goal though? Size or strength?

My main goal is a mixed up of size and strength,i want to have size and muscles and also be able to do non weight lifting sports.

Boxing,kickboxing,tricking.

But before doing that,i am now training to build my muscles and mass.

Rest in between sets and exercises, to the point where you're fresh.  Fresh is defined as you're able to breathe easily and your mind isn't fatigued.  It may range between a minute to 5.

Thats right,i stopped using stopwatches to do it. I feel the rest myself before i continiue.
