    Wait, you want "sharp" shoulders?

If so, just lose the deltoids muscles..

I think you mean slopping shoulders (posture)Huh? if so. back work mainly.

Lower/mid, traps, rhomboids work, i.e rows rows rows.

Wide-ish grip neutral cable rows good to teach you how to retract the shoulder blades properly. Straight arms, trying to pinch your shoulder blades together.

Could be worth stretching out your pecs/bi's/lats.

Day to day posture's the key one though, learning how to hold yourself properly. Chest out, shoulder blades retracted and depressed!

If you want your shoulders to be less curved, then don't do deltoid exercises.  Not sure why you would want that though, it would look pretty dweeby.

I assume you're talking about posture.  ''Round shoulders'' is a problem with posture if you didn't know that: nothing to do with the muscles.  You'll need to learn to stand properly: looks better, also better for your back etc.  Scooby has a good section on it on the main website.
